How long does it actually take to go live?

Most releases are live within 24 hours of approval. Spotify and Apple Music typically confirm within a few hours. Some smaller platforms can take 2–3 days, but your music will be live on the major ones fast.

Do I keep my rights and ownership?

Yes — always. You retain 100% of your master rights and publishing. We are purely a distribution conduit. Your music is yours.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Both tiers give you full distribution to all major platforms with unlimited releases. The only difference is royalties: Free keeps 60% for you, Pro ($19.99/year) keeps 100%. No other features are locked behind the paywall.

Can I release music under multiple artist names?

Yes. You can manage multiple artist profiles from a single J2N account — useful for producers, side projects, or label accounts managing multiple artists.

What if I need to take down a release?

You can request a takedown from your dashboard at any time. Removal from platforms typically takes 5–7 business days. Reach out via our support form if you need it expedited.

Is there a limit on how many songs I can release?

No limits on either tier. Release singles, EPs, albums — as many as you create. Free and Pro both include unlimited releases.
