June to November, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company operating as "J2N" from Los Angeles, California ("J2N", "we", "us", or "our"), provides a free and paid music distribution service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through junetonovember.com, upload.junetonovember.com, and the J2N dashboard (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand basic usage of the Service (the "Basic analytics" referenced on our pricing page). We do not use cookies for third-party ad targeting. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Service may not function correctly if you disable them.

We retain account and release information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce these policies and our Terms of Service. Uploaded audio and artwork are retained in storage so that your releases can continue to be delivered and re-delivered as needed, unless you request deletion as described below.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted storage and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for notifying us promptly at success@junetonovember.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise these rights, email success@junetonovember.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where required by law or necessary to complete a distribution already in progress. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those emails; you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account and releases.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 without verified parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States and hosted on U.S.-based infrastructure. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as your home jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
